About BCI

Independent.
Impartial.
By design.

BCI Compliance Group is an APSCA-member independent auditing firm headquartered in Tainan, Taiwan, with regional offices in Shanghai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Summit (NJ), Ho Chi Minh City, Cairo and Phnom Penh.

We specialise in social compliance audits based on the WRAP protocol, and also conduct code-of-conduct audits for Virojanglor (France) and other French and American clients across Taiwan, Mainland China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar.

Although fully qualified to provide advisory services on corporate social compliance, BCI has chosen not to. Should that ever change, we would never audit a facility we have advised, protecting the independence on which our credibility rests.

Our Commitment

The cleanliness principle, applied without exception.

"An audit is only worth the integrity of the auditor. We protect that integrity through structural independence, an anti-bribery hotline, and absolute confidentiality, every engagement, every region."

Impartiality

We proactively avoid conflicts of interest that could threaten the credibility of any audit.

Zero-tolerance bribery

An anti-bribery hotline and detailed complaint procedure are available to all stakeholders.

Confidentiality

Absolute confidentiality regarding client information; transparency where it serves the audit.

  • APSCA (the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors) sets the global competency framework for social compliance auditors. APSCA membership signals that an audit firm meets defined ethical standards, has trained and registered auditors (RA / CSCA), and is subject to disciplinary oversight. Most major brand programmes now require an APSCA-registered auditor on every engagement.
